Okay, so what you know about visiting a persons home for the first time, and in the middle of your conversation they announce they “forgot to tell you, there’s an alligator in the house . . . and it’s on the loose” ? Yes people, why come a girlfriend of mine invited me over to some random individuals home and he had a baby alligator posted up in the corner, hiding behind a 10 Speed bicycle. It was the size of a large cat. How can something like that be forgotten?

This is WRONG on so many levels.

DJ Vitamin D (Rhymesayers) & Samara (Black Blondie) strike the pose.

Friday night I attended a party at a bowling alley of all places. But peeps weren’t bowling, and this aint no average kind of bowling alley. Bryant Lake Bowl is a weird-kind-of-wonderful little spot located two pinky-toes outside of the “hood”. Their food is BOMB and they have a tiny theatre in the back that holds about 98 people (100 people would be too many). I was one of the 98 people getting my dranky-drank on (complimentary drinks all night long ) and bustin’ a move to the sounds of Rhymesayers talent DJ Vitamin D, one of my favorite new bands Black Blondie* and more live performances from a slew of A-List artists in the Twin Cities.
