Aron Ranen’s Black Hair Documentary takes a look at black hair care products, what it means to the black community and what it does for the financial gains of other cultures; especially Koreans, who presently have the market on lock down. Alot of it is what we already know. But does anyone care? And is anyone prepared to take action? Where is the balance?

With all out the hype surrounding Beyonces role in the soon to be classic film adaptation of the Broadway musical, Dreamgirls; who folks should really be keeping an eye on is Jennifer Hudson.
True, she has some big shoes to fill (no pun intended), taking on Jennifer Holidays role (Effie). But I’m thinking she’s the one to pull it off and become a SUPASTAR. Let’s hope so. Aint she just the cutest? Chi-town represent! I’d rather play the role of Effie and eat like a normal person, than go on a cereal diet like our girl Young Bey-Z. But that’s just my opinion.

Dada Supreme is BLINDING me with science!
Oh Lord. I can see it now . . . “Ghetto-fabsters” everywhere receiving citations from the “Po Po” for violating the citys noise ordinance. Fights breaking out because Pookie done stepped on someones brand new “kicks”, loaded with more electronic technology than a RADIOSHACK outlet.
