“I’m confident that with this partnership we’ll have the flexibility and resources needed to pursue our goal of building the next-generation platform for serving media worldwide,” said Hurley,YouTube’s 29-year-old CEO.
Dang. Dude is like filthy nouveau riche off of everyday citizens home videos & what not . . . not too shabby for a 29 year old. I’m interested in how this investment will play out over the next few years. Will You Tube still be as appealing now that Google has its capitalistic fingers in the pie?

Just like Myspace only YOUTUBE made what, double the amount that Myspace did. Kudos to the creators, makes you wish you would have done it.

Seriously, Google had to do it. If they hadn’t some other firm would have. Has anyone seen Googles’ video selection? Nothing compares to Youtube.com
