Digital Cameras That Make Your Fat Butt Look Slim - Oh The Deception . . .

We’ve all heard the saying that the camera “adds 10 lbs” to your physical frame . . .not sure if it’s true . . . or if it’s just another way for people to feel better about looking chunky on film. You know the routine: You snap a few pics, thinking you’re looking extra fly. You’re getting your vogue on, busting poses like a pro and feeling all good about yourself. But once you take a look at the screen, reality sets in — no flyness to be found; instead you see sausage and cheese w/ a tub of lard on the side. Not fair! Your camera must be broken or perhaps it’s a bad angle? *perplexed* This couldn’t possible be YOU.
But . . . it . . . is . . .
Nobody I know wants to appear larger than what they really are — especially if you’re on the chubby side of nature, anyway. I know I don’t.
Well, I guess HP Digital Cameras has been in the lab, working on a remedy for fat asses and narcissists who desire to appear slimmer when capturing the special moments of their lives. Apparently, this camera is the one to trim down the pounds and make ya look good (or at least better).
I SAY: Part of me thinks this is a wonderful idea and I wouldn’t mind using this feature for some of my own photo opportunities. HOWEVER, you already know that there will be people lying hella ugly to the public and themselves . . . knowing they aint hardly as slim as the picture portrays them to be. This is especially deceiving for people who will use the photos to represent themselves online – pretending to be slim, knowing they are fat turkeys. Some people just need to hit the gym, instead of hitting a button that makes them look slimmer in their photos. Ya know?
And what about those double chins and exhausted mid-sections?
What do YOU think?

Funny piece.
Technology never ceases to amaze me. It’s kind scary that they would create a camera that could pull a stunt like that.
I agree that if a person doesn’t want to look fat on a picture - go to the gym. Lay off the collard greens w/ham hocks and the three cheese macaroni dish.
Would a deceptive photo really make them happier even though they are still a fat a**? Maybe in the moment. I say, don’t deceive people with a push of a button on a clever camera.
Eventually, people will know.
