SNAP-O-RAMA: Current Events in the “Minneapple.”

So, Shareefa’s tour bus was in town the night before her show with Lyfe Jennings. While out on one of our cocktail/culinary/shopping excursions, N.Pacini & I peeped the tour bus out by the Minneapolis Airport/Mall of America. Being the inquisitive individuals we are – we stopped to ask the bus driver, if anyone was on the bus. The whole set-up was kind of strange because of the location of the bus [I guess you had to be there to get the gist]. We just happened to stumble upon it while looking for a place to park the car. It was a very nice tour bus – very nice. *thumbs up* I would have loved to take a peek inside. We snapped a few photos of the entire bus, but it was extremely dark and the photos didn’t turn out to swell (sowwy).

“Petey Wheatstraw”, the driver — an older Caucasian chap with a lot of gray whiskers, yellow “smokers” teeth and a floppy hat on his head, went on to explain that Shareefa was not yet in the Twin Cities and that she wouldn’t arrive until the following day — when she did touch down in the 612 it would be by airplane. He followed up with this information with “I don’t know exactly when she’ll be here. They don’t tell me shit.”

Hmmm . . . so now budding, up & coming celebrities are flying into cities and meeting up with their tour buses? I thought that was reserved for DIVA status? But I aint got no tour bus, so what do I know?

Back to Petey & Shareefa – Petey was a friendly fellow. He let us know that he has driven all sorts of celebs around this great country of ours, including Prince and Alica Keys. But guess whose name was the first to come out of his mouth with a negative tone?

Keiysha Cole. LOL! He said her entourage is a hot ass mess. Okay I’m lying, he didn’t say “hot ass mess”, but he did give us the impression that she was an unpleasant experience. I chuckled when her name popped out of his mouth.

So, Shareefas tour bus was in town . . . but where was Shareefa? She didn’t make it to the concert! Word has it that she fell ill and was at the County Hospital during the show.

Shareefa, everything aight? Did you get some “bad food” in the VIP section of the plane? What’s the deal, Boo?
