I found the following comment left here in regards to yet another celebrity “tell-all” book. This time around HOT 97’s Miss Jones has poured all of her nastiness and snarky commentary into publication . I won’t be contributing to the sales. Enough is enough. Us youngin’s need to get it together!
As a senior citizen who sat in, marched, and went to jail in the 50’s and 60’s so this generation and all others would have a better life. It pains me that we are acting like desperate crabs instead of kings and queens. If I knew this younger generation would act so scandalous, I would have been more self involved. I gave up a young life, to fight for a better world for my people, only to see it squandered by self hating, self loathing, shallow young people. Get a real grip on life young people, the government is reversing everything we fought for, because your generation isn’t watching or paying attention. - Evelyn Smith
