5. The Look
4. The Gut
3. The Acting Chops
2. The Presence
1. The Skills

Check out the audition clip, here…

I wonder what Lil Kim must be thinking.

I knooow Guerilla Black wants a piece of the action.

I guess Beanie Siegel wants in too. *yawns*

Now, if they need a Faith Evans circa ‘95 ’stand in’, I’m ya girl.

  3. Guerilla Black has this role on lock. I would be VERY surprised if the film’s producers didn’t pick him to play Biggie. He has the voice and look.

This dude is a close second.

He has the look. I don’t know if he can pull it off in terms of the voice and B.I.G.’s rapping style.

Although I do agree he would be perfect for the part. He looks and sounds too much like BIG, which is not a good look for an artist trying to make a name of his own. Playing the role of Biggie would do more long tern damage to Guerilla Black’s career than it’s worth.

  5. Dude in all black looks more like Gary Coleman *lol* and a Faith circa ‘95 was my jump off…thanks for stirring that memory back up :P The voice + the look…gotta have both!

Guerilla Black doesn’t have a rap career, period. As far as making a name of his own, he would make a name for himself in this role. In the long term, he might not get any future work, but on the flipside, he will go now in rap history as the man who played the iconic B.I.G.

If Guerilla Black does get the part, his contract better include at least 10-20 percent of box office royalites and any future television and cable residuals.

This role would be a career boost for Guerilla.

Well, I guess time will tell…

Pretty sad for Guerilla Black if you ask me. I wouldn’t take the role if I were him — unless I was going to see some major $$. Otherwise, he’s just getting pimped out for a quicky that nobody will care about 10 years from now. Do you really think Biggies Biopic is going to yeild high revenue?

On a side note:How many times have we read about BIGS life (and untimely death) online and in magazines? How many times have we seen segments on the televison about BIG? Is there going to be something in this film that is different from what we already know? I don’t understand why people glorify Biggie to the tenth power. But that’s another topic…

“Guerilla Black doesn’t have a rap career, period.”

Bet you can’t tell him that…LOL!
