Oh noooo not another social networking site! *grabs hands full of hair on each side of head*
YES, yet another social network. I’m thinking I might be more active at this site in comparison to some others that I’ve created a profile for and quickly abandoned. We shall see. The UBN is the brainchild of blogging diva, Necole Bitchie. And it’s a pretty smart move if you ask me.
But, if the UBN is not your cup of tea…guess what? You can create your OWN network or join other networks. Yup! You can. Isn’t that exciting? *smile*
This is great new for many of you slackers out there who are unable to access your MySpace or Facebook accounts while loafing your do nothing ass on the J.O.B. - because your employer cut off your connect. And you even tried surfing through a proxy, but they got hip to that tooooo. How dare they expect you to get some work done while you’re on the payroll! The nerve! Hey, as a matter of fact, someone should start a social network for “Indignant Office Space Fall Backers”. Following up, grab the torch and create a SN for people who lost a “good” job, or couldn’t get hired, because they spent their days and evenings “networking”, i.e., cyber frontin’ and partying and doing dumb stuff for the world to see.

I’ve been on the move, ya’ll…busy, busy. I haven’t forgotten about you though, and I definitely have some fun updates coming your way. Oh, and I have a new camera too…so you know it’s about to get SNAPTASTIC up in the piece, right? Like, totally.

Enter your address on the sidebar. A map will appear showing you an icon where your house located… it will also provide pop ups of all of the registered sex/criminal offenders in your area… including their mug shots and what the offenses are… Hmmm…

Soooo… I tried something new and I really hate it… Hate is a strong word, but it must be the word of the day for ya girl, Angelique.
Moveable 4.0 really sucks and it is effecting my blogging chi. Straight up. I know most of you don’t care one way or another… but I have to let it be known.
I’m moving on to Word Press, and that’s my word, yo!
Oh well, now I know the deal. And knowing is half the battle…right, right?
I’m still getting acclimated to the new digs so please work with me while I try on something new (once again).

It’ll Be Greater, Later…

So um, how about I’ve just upgraded Saucy Dame Deluxs’ blogging software in order to take advantage of new features, new archive types, new template tags, new widgets, new template structure and more bells and whistles… [*Shit that is basically a bunch of blogger, techy, nerd speak...]
Movable Type is finally getting their act together. We’ve been courting each other for almost 5 years and the relationship was starting to get really frickin’ stale. I was ready to move on and take my archives with me. Moving would have been a huge pain in the rump, but worth it in the long run. Thank goodness they (MT) got the memo and decided to freshen thangs up a bit. Now I can stay put and spruce things up for ya’ll (cuz it’s all about YOU).
What does all of this mean? It means I will need to learn a GRIP of new information as well as re-implement a new blog design [what you see it not what I intend on staying with].
I aint trippin’…
Gotta stay on the cutting edge. No struggle, no progress. Right?
I knew you’d understand. Thanks for your support while I get my “learnin’ something new” on.
Surely it will benefit all of us in the end.
