The Family Reunion/Sidewalks Saving Lives

This past Saturday people from all over the Twin Cities took part in a free day of performances, murals, battles, art activities, free food, more. YO! The Movement along with Kwanzaa Church and several North Minneapolis agencies partnered together to present a Block Party, and paint sidewalks throughout the North Side with murals informing and educating the community about HIV/AIDS.
Saucy Dame Dizzle was there with my son, having a good time hanging out with extended fam.
Just a heads up, the following videos are loud and rowdy so if you are at work you might want to turn your speakers down. But the audio is funny too. Listen to and watch people in the crowd, etc. Off the chain!
I’m not sure about the dance technique, but you’ve gotta love the “shorties” enthusiasm. You’ll see what I mean in a minute.
